• How long does the delivery of a package take ?
Since we manufacture everything in small quantities to ensure the freshness of the product, we want to take the time to make them by hand before shipping them by Canada Post. It normally takes 1 to 4 days to make your order and then 2 to 3 days for the delivery. However, living in Quebec and having exceptional seasonal variations, it could be possible that the order time reach up tp 7 working days.
Please note that if an order is placed after 4 pm on Friday it will be processed by the following Monday only.

If you have accidentally passed this deadline, you can take a picture showing the invoice number and
send it to us via our email address: taigalapinede@gmail.com
For any package that has been returned to us due to an error from the customer (example if you forget
to register an appartment number), delivery costs for the return of 12$ will be required even if the order
originally benefited from free delivery.
• How do you work with returns and exchanges ?
Taïga – la Pinède guarantees the quality and freshness of its products.
We offer a credit note or exchange in the event of a defect only, and within 7 days of receipt of the
order. The default does not include possible mishaps suffered by Canada Post transport.
A picture or the return of the product may be required.
